Brand Manager

We’re looking for a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives for our Custom Print business line while supporting company-wide marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building cohesive brand identities. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute brand strategy for the Custom Print business, aligning with overall company goals
  • Lead the creation and evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across all channels
  • Oversee the development of brand assets for company-wide marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute creative deliverables
  • Manage multiple creative work streams, keeping projects on time and on brand
  • Serve as the key brand steward, providing guidance and creative direction on campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives
  • Partner with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to produce high-quality brand assets
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform brand strategy and creative development


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, or creative leadership
  • Proven success developing brand identity and guidelines across print and digital channels
  • Strong creative sensibility paired with strategic thinking
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and partner management
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with external vendors and creative agencies
