Account Manager, Production
We’re seeking a dynamic Account Manager, Production to lead the execution of print and marketing production for a portfolio of high-profile clients in the Entertainment industry. This is a client-facing role ideal for a detail-driven project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with Account Directors to align on client goals, campaign performance, and strategic priorities.
- Manage all phases of production, from concept through delivery, across print and marketing channels.
- Lead internal project teams, guiding Project Managers and support staff to maintain timelines and exceed client expectations.
- Act as the production liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide on-site support during production as needed; manage schedules, budgets, estimates, and invoicing.
- Monitor account financials, track billing, and ensure profitability in partnership with the Finance team.
- Build long-term client relationships through clear communication, reliable delivery, and strategic insight.
- Stay proactive in understanding client business needs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Support workflow improvements and step in on other accounts during downtime.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in account management or production leadership, preferably in marketing, print, or visual communications.
- Deep understanding of production workflows, campaign lifecycle, and vendor coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience with project management tools (Workfront, iQuote, Monarch, or similar platforms preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership mindset with a team-oriented approach and client-first attitude.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project execution.
