Receptionist

We are partnering with a prestigious Global Investment Management Firm to find a polished and personable Receptionist to join their growing team in their beautiful 5th Avenue office. This firm is known for its collaborative environment, attention to detail, and exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
  • Offer and serve coffee/tea, assist with coats, and ensure guests are comfortable
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage conference room scheduling and coordination
  • Accept and organize mail and packages
  • Liaise with building staff and security
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the broader team as needed

  • Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience
