Senior Production Coordinator

Our client, a wholesale apparel brand, is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities‍

• Serve as the liaison with vendors by receiving, logging, and tracking all swatches, fabric headers, lab dips, and sample submissions; flag inconsistencies or issues right away.
• Maintain a comprehensive, well-labeled archive of all materials—ensuring swatches, samples, and fabric information are neatly categorized and easy for teams to reference.
• Partner closely with designers, prompting them for comments, approvals, and revisions to keep development and production timelines on track.
• Relay design feedback, updates, and required adjustments clearly to production partners to ensure alignment across all stages.
• Monitor key deadlines, production milestones, and seasonal calendars, helping to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Troubleshoot production challenges as they arise, escalating when necessary and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional partners—including QA, logistics, and product development—to maintain workflow continuity and uphold production standards.
• Manage the sample approval flow, coordinating comments, revisions, and sign-offs between design, production, and vendors.

Qualifications‍

• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to work fluidly between multiple teams.
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to advance within apparel production.
• Skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with PLM systems is a plus.
• Understanding of fabrications, garment construction, and apparel production workflows.

Full time on site, 5 days a week.

$70k-90k depending on experience.
