Executive Assistant

A high-growth fintech company in the South Bay is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our C-suite leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can manage shifting priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Salary: $100-$140k yr plus bonus/equity and benefits

***Please note this is an in-office role, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for C-suite executives, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal/external events
- Prepare materials and agendas for meetings and assist with follow-up tasks
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Organize executive lunches, dinners, and other leadership engagements
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Proactively anticipate needs and identify opportunities to support leadership and improve efficiency
- Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership, preferably in a start-up environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently after initial training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly responsive and communicative via email and SMS
- Professional, polished presence and strong judgment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, calendar tools, and travel booking platforms
