Production Coordinator

Our client, a fast-growing apparel company, is looking for a Production Coordinator to join their team in NYC.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with bulk order entry and transmit orders to factories
- Support with factory allocation
- Regularly update WIP reports and monitor production timelines
- Edit and adhere to the time and action calendar
- Manage incoming and outgoing samples
- Communicate daily with overseas factories
- Submit comments to factories on fit, as well as on color, bulk fabric, and trim
- Ensure product quality

‍Qualifications:
- At least 1-2+ years of experience in import production
- Proficient in Excel
- Private label production experience a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
