Bilingual Procurement Analyst

Our client, a global toy manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Procurement Analyst to join our Latin America Procurement Services team. As a Latin America Global Procurement Analyst, you will support procurement and sourcing initiatives focused on logistics services in Latin America. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, assist in onboarding suppliers, ensure compliance, and support key sourcing and tender processes. This role requires strong administrative and analytical skills as well as regular communication with stakeholders across Latin America and Asia. This is a great opportunity for motivated and professional individual who is eager to grow in procurement, supply chain, and logistics. This is a Long-term Temp opportunity in Los Angeles.

Compensation: $35-48/ hour

Responsibilities:

• Support supplier onboarding and compliance tasks (e.g. W-9, tax forms, legal documentation)
• Assist in RFI/RFP processes from creation to vendor selection
• Translate documents (Spanish–English) and help shift communications across global teams
• Analyze business submissions and provide insights to managers
• Create project update presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
• Perform cost/spend analysis to identify savings opportunities
• Coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams to align budget expectations
• Support source-to-pay processes (supplier setup, requisitions, purchase orders)
• Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and regional stakeholders
• Use tools such as Coupa, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint to manage workflow efficiently

Qualifications:

• At least 1–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP – no macros required)
• Experience with Coupa, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus
• Understanding of logistics categories such as transportation, customs, 3PLs, etc.
• Solid PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear executive-ready presentations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
