Senior Accessories Designer - BAGS
Our client, a dynamic and trend-driven brand, is seeking a Handbag Designer to join their Kids and Juniors Division. In this role, you will play a key part in designing handbags and crossbody styles for younger girls, older girls, and juniors—bringing fresh, innovative ideas while staying aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
What You’ll Do:
- Design handbags and crossbody styles across kids and juniors categories
- Translate seasonal concepts into compelling, on-brand designs
- Develop detailed tech packs and oversee product development from concept through production
- Select materials and oversee fabrication and construction details
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of designs
- Stay informed on market trends to bring newness and innovation to each collection
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in handbag or small leather goods design preferred
- Open to candidates with a strong apparel background in kids or juniors, supported by a standout portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
- Hands-on experience creating tech packs and working through production processes
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and brand alignment
