Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Brand
Our client, a globally celebrated luxury retail brand, is seeking an experienced and polished Assistant Store Manager to join their boutique team. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with the Boutique Manager to foster a refined client experience, cultivate lasting client relationships, and ensure operational excellence that aligns with the brand’s elite standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Boutique Manager in driving a culture of client obsession and operational precision.
- Act as a brand ambassador in every interaction, nurturing a sense of community and exclusivity among clientele.
- Champion clienteling initiatives and CRM strategy to deepen engagement and increase retention.
- Provide mentorship and hands-on leadership to sales associates, supporting their growth and development.
- Analyze boutique performance, interpret KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to improve business results.
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain best-in-class presentation, inventory, and compliance standards.
- Lead and inspire the team by setting a sophisticated tone on the floor and delivering elevated service moments.
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in luxury retail or premium customer-facing roles, with at least one year in a leadership capacity.
- A client-first mentality with a proven ability to build lasting relationships and exceed service expectations.
- Strong business acumen and confidence interpreting sales and operational data.
- Poise, professionalism, and an innate sense of style that reflects the brand’s DNA.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to energize and influence others in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
