Sales / Admissions Coordinator
Our client, a leading mental health facility, is looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented (temp-to-hire) Sales Coordinator with non-retail sales experience to support their Nashville, TN team!
Responsibilities:
- Accurately translate throughout the admissions process for clients, visitors, and their families.
- Answer phone inquiries in a professional manner; speak clearly and accurately about our services offered.
- Facilitate comforting and supportive processing throughout admissions process.
- Act as a liaison and resource throughout the admissions process for clients and their families (coordinating internal admissions communications included).
- Complete documentation in a timely manner, keeping electronic records up to date.
- Including data entry requirements regarding conversations/interactions with families and providers.
- Maintain a high level of organization, adapting to changing priorities, always providing excellent customer service.
- Responsible for life-cycle Admissions process.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or two (2) years of applicable experience in behavioral health field.
- Non-retail sales experience is a huge plus.
- Working knowledge of behavioral health and insurance verification process preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
