Administrative Assistant

An alternative investment management company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a team of five professionals in their Private Equity division. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with a focus on administrative tasks including calendar management and travel coordination. This is a traditional administrative role ideal for someone seeking a long-term position with a growing team.

Location: Midtown East, NYC (5 days onsite)

Salary: $85-110K base + paid overtime + discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision), free lunch on-site, 401k match, 15 vacation days, 7 sick days, 2 personal days

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, with minimal overtime expected

Qualifications:
• 2-5+ years of administrative support experience (finance experience preferred but not required; open to candidates from other fast-paced professional services industries).
• Organized, collaborative, and a go-getter with a strong desire to contribute to team success.
• Enthusiastic about traditional administrative work; looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth.

Responsibilities:
• Manage expenses using Concur.
• Provide scheduling and calendar management support via Outlook.
• Coordinate heavy domestic and international travel for the team (80% domestic, 20% international).
• Handle general administrative duties to ensure smooth team operations.
