Traveling Executive Personal Assistant - UHNW Individual
Our client, an UHNW individual, is seeking a Traveling Executive Personal Assistant who is discreet, proactive, and impeccably organized to provide comprehensive administrative, personal, and logistical support. The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand to the C-Suite leader, seamlessly managing both business and personal affairs with utmost confidentiality, professionalism, and grace.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage an ever-changing calendar with complex scheduling of personal, business, and social engagements across multiple time zones.
-Handle high-level, confidential communications on behalf of the principal: screening emails, responding to correspondence, and managing contacts.
-Prepare confidential documents, briefings, reports, and presentations as needed.
-Coordinate travel arrangements: private and commercial aviation, appropriate accommodations, dining, ground transport, and concierge services.
-Oversee household staff coordination and estate management support in collaboration with house managers and domestic teams.
-Maintain detailed records, expenses, and budgets for both personal and business matters.
-Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, security, and professionalism at all times.
-Represent the principal with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
-Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree
-Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a high-profile or Ultra High Net-worth Value Individual/executive, entrepreneur, or family.
-Valid US passport/Green Card and driver’s license; willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (50-80% international travel).
-Proven ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality.
-Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to thrive under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
-Flexible and available outside standard business hours (including evenings/weekends as needed).
-Tech-savvy: proficient in Apple and Microsoft ecosystems, adaptable to new programs/AI systems, Google Workspace, secure communication tools, and travel platforms.
