Executive Assistant – Investment Firm

Our client, a newly launched, employee-owned investment firm in Midtown Manhattan, is building a small, collaborative, and high-performing team. Backed by a strong leadership group and positioned for growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage firm and contribute to its long-term success.


We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at our client’s NYC office. This is a unique chance to be part of something from day one, offering a true partnership role where you’ll handle complex scheduling, executive logistics, and sensitive communications with discretion and poise.

Location: Midtown Manhattan
Work Model: Onsite, Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base + bonus + full benefits + 401(k)
Experience: 5–7 years; Financial Services experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage intricate calendars, prioritize scheduling, and oversee frequent changes with ease
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events
  • Handle all aspects of domestic and international travel; adjust itineraries as needed
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports using Concur or similar tools
  • Draft correspondence and prepare presentation materials as needed
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and greet guests with professionalism
  • Support occasional personal tasks and handle ad-hoc administrative requests
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants for cross-coverage and team alignment
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Ideal Candidate

  • 5–7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Concur and coordinating international travel is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Discreet, resourceful, and committed to delivering excellence
  • Eager to contribute to a lean, growing team and ready to pitch in wherever needed
