Junior Human Resources Business Partner

A leading, global financial firm is hiring for a professional, sharp and eager junior HRBP to report into their Head of People.

Salary range: $100-115k base range + discretionary bonus + onsite gym, excellent benefits package, 401k with match, fully paid breakfast/lunch, PTO

Hours: generally 8:30am-5:30pm, flexible if needed
Location: Onsite 5 days/week in Midtown East, NYC

Seeking:
-2-3+ years of HR Coordinator/Associate/jr Generalist experience (finance preferred, but open as long as they’re used to this high-volume, fast-pressure and fast-pace). Must be able to hit the ground running
-BA/BS degree required
-Tech savvy – strong Excel and reporting skillset
-Extremely meticulous and strong written and verbal communication skills
-Discretion mandatory
-Extremely detailed and organized

General responsibilities include:
-Year end compensation and employee review process
-Onboarding, Offboarding and working with non-competes
-Assisting with division transfers
-Additional HR projects and generalist support as assigned
