Receptionist/Office Manager

Our client, a dynamic real estate firm, is seeking an Receptionist/Office Manager to be the welcoming face of their office and the engine behind seamless daily operations. This is a standout opportunity for a service-oriented multitasker looking to thrive in a fast-paced, professional setting.

A Day in the Life:

  • Client & Visitor Interaction:
    Be the first point of contact for guests and vendors, managing front desk responsibilities with a warm, professional demeanor. Answer phones, greet visitors, and field inquiries to ensure a high-touch experience.
  • Office Operations & Coordination:
    Maintain an organized and fully stocked office. Liaise with vendors and IT support to coordinate repairs and keep systems running smoothly.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management:
    Manage internal calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate logistics for company meetings and events.
  • Travel Coordination:
    Arrange complex travel for team members, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation. Compile detailed itineraries to support a seamless experience from takeoff to landing.
