Position Summary:
The Office Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a welcoming environment. You’ll support various office functions, take on ad hoc administrative projects, and be the face of our firm at the front desk.
Midtown - 5 days/week.
$50-60k DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors at the front desk
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including common areas and supply rooms
- Monitor and restock office supplies and kitchen items
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference room calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Participate in ad hoc projects to support various departments
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to a team environment
