General Manager - Elevated Restaurant Group

Our client, an elevated restaurant group, is seeking a General Manager to join their team in Westhampton Beach, NY! As the General Manager, you will lead all aspects of restaurant operations, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team that aligns with the company's culture and values.
- Lead by example, demonstrating humility, passion, and a commitment to servant leadership.
- Actively engage with guests, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure consistent delivery of the company's hospitality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of all aspects of the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
- Take ownership of the restaurant’s financial success by managing labor, food costs, and other operating expenses.
- Review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant General Manager role or 5+ years in a senior management position.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence in guest service.
