Senior Attorney

Our client, a leading boutique plaintiffs' securities litigation firm, is seeking a Senior Attorney or Counsel to join their growing team. This is a dynamic, ground-floor opportunity for a driven litigator looking to take on meaningful, high-impact work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The firm focuses on shareholder derivative litigation in both federal and state courts across the country. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, litigation experience, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in complex litigation matters
• Handle negotiations and engage with opposing counsel
• Participate in court hearings and argue motions
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to drive case strategy

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in NY
• 5+ years of litigation experience, ideally from Big Law or a plaintiffs' securities litigation firm (open to practice area)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills are essential
• Experience with shareholder derivative or securities litigation is a plus
• Comfortable working fully on-site in a Midtown NYC office
