Senior Attorney
Our client, a leading boutique plaintiffs’ securities litigation firm, is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its growing team.
This role supports an expanding practice focused on shareholder derivative litigation in both federal and state courts nationwide. The position offers meaningful responsibility and long-term growth within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
The role is heavily writing-focused and includes drafting pleadings and briefs, negotiating with opposing counsel, conferring with stakeholders, and appearing in court.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Background in Big Law (open to practice area) or a complex litigation firm
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience managing matters independently preferred
