Executive Assistant

An excellent wealth management firm is seeking a wonderful career Executive Assistant to support a great team of professionals. The firm offers a collaborative, respectful culture, great team, and amazing stability.

$105k- 120k base DOE + paid OT + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits/PTO package

HYBRID Work schedule: 4 days in office (MIDTOWN WEST LOCATION)/ 1 remote

Hours: 8am-5pm/9am-6pm

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to team with diligence and accuracy. A true gatekeeper and relationship manager.
• Manage complex & ever-changing calendars/meetings across timezones for internal/external executives.
• Handle any/all meeting logistics including catering, technology, location, meeting materials.
• Coordinate extensive global travel arrangements, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
• Prepare various presentations and meeting materials
• Coordinate team events, including locations, vendors, materials, and budgets
• Adhoc projects as needed

Qualifications
• Finance experience required
• Collaborative, organized, team player
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Events experience preferred (not required)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Concur, and Travel booking software.
