Client Advisor
Our client, a distinguished high-end timepiece company, is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clientele and exceed sales targets within their Manhattan boutique.
Compensation is $24–$28 per hour + commission.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals while upholding brand heritage and values
- Provide exceptional in-store and event experiences for UHNW clients
- Lead the full sales cycle, manage objections, and maintain meticulous CRM records
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Coordinate with management on product deliveries, local initiatives, and events
- Analyze client data to drive personalized follow-ups and long-term loyalty
- Adhere to all operational, social-media, and presentation standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience selling luxury timepieces
- Proven success with UHNW clientele and high close rates
- Strong critical-thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; a second language is a plus
- Flexibility to work boutique hours, events, and evolving schedules
