Managing Partner

As Managing Partner, you will be the strategic architect of our co-counsel relationships and campaign operations. You will oversee department heads in operations, marketing, and finance, serving as the primary liaison with current and prospective co-counsel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, negotiate, and oversee multi-million dollar mass claims campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate emerging mass claims opportunities using proprietary data tools.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to maximize campaign profitability.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with co-counsel firms nationwide.
- Drive operational efficiency across active partnerships.
- Make data-driven decisions on campaign viability and resource allocation in collaboration with equity partners.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in mass torts/mass claims management.
- Education: JD preferred; exceptional mass claims experience considered.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic data analysis; willingness to enhance statistical/data science capabilities.
- Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities swiftly and execute with agility.
- Style: Results-oriented; comfortable with remote work and modern communication tools.
