PT Talent Payment Coordinator

Our client, a theater focused advertising agency, is looking to hire a PART TIME Talent Payment Coordinator on a freelance basis! Key Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of talent payment coordination for SAG and Equity talent. - Act as liaison between producers, talent representatives, and payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments. - Track payment requests and follow through to confirm completion. - Double check all documentation and communication to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with internal and external stakeholders. - Work closely with Senior Producer to stay aligned on project timelines and payment schedules. Qualifications - Experience with SAG-AFTRA and/or Equity talent payments strongly preferred. - Prior experience working in production, casting, or talent management is a big plus. - Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills. - Exceptional attention to detail — this role requires zero margin for error. - Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and proactively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
