Remote Executive Assistant - Private Equity
Our client is seeking a detail oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant to support a member of the leadership team.

U.S.-based private equity firm focused on financing the development and operation of energy and reliability assets in underserved markets in the United States.
The Role
We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant (EA). This position will be responsible for organizing and supporting the daily activities of the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and assisting in administrative functions for the firm. The ideal candidate will be an attentive and thorough professional, who is enthusiastic about managing daily functions and ensuring smooth operations. This role will initially be remote, but candidates should be based on the East Coast/available to work ET hours.
Responsibilities
-Work closely with the executive team and Chief of Staff to support daily tasks and outreach prioritization
-Maintain the CIO, calendar and inbox
-Support and maintain consistent and professional communication
-Schedule meetings, set agendas, take notes, and support follow up
-Support drafting and follow-up of executive correspondence
-Maintain the CIO’s address book and the firm’s CRM regular data updates and maintenance
-Support firm’s file system organization and upkeep
-Coordinate travel arrangements and trip organization for executive team
-Manage expense reporting for executive team
-Support HR functions
-Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical problems efficiently
-Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
-Coordinate mail with the various virtual mailboxes
Qualifications
-5+ years of professional experience
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
-Spanish Bi-lingual
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-A positive attitude and growth mindset
-Passionate about environmental sustainability
-A history of success in cultivating strong internal and external relationships and collaborating cross-functionally
-Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stay calm and composed
-Strong technical capacity and experience working with the Microsoft Windows suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), experience and/or a willingness to learn Photoshop and Adobe Indesign
-Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
-Able to work Atlantic Standard time zone hours’
Compensation
-Compensation is competitive and based on experience, between $90k-95k base salary
