Chief of Staff
Our client is seeking a highly organized and driven Chief of Staff to support a senior executive involved in complex real estate and business ventures. This is a dynamic role suited for a resourceful, intellectually curious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Project Support
- Promote collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Help direct information, analysis, and documentation to the right stakeholders efficiently.
Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage calendars, appointments, and communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain key documents, reports, and meeting materials.
Communication & External Liaison
- Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, consultants, investors, and philanthropic partners.
- Facilitate professional communication with partners, institutions, and high-level officials.
Research & Financial Analysis
- Conduct market and industry research across multiple sectors.
- Support the development and facilitation of financial models for real estate and business initiatives.
- Analyze data and assist in implementation and strategy execution.
Travel & Event Planning
- Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, meetings, and logistics.
- Plan and execute events, conferences, and philanthropic engagements.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Industrial real estate brokerage or development
- Real estate investment banking (M&A, Corporate Finance, Transactions)
- Top-tier consulting firms or global corporations
- Experience with large-scale projects in Southern California
- Working with international institutions or educational organizations
- Strong academic background preferred; advanced degrees (MBA, JD, Master’s in Real Estate/Finance/Engineering) a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Highly effective communicator with polished interpersonal skills and a poised professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and work independently.
- Comfortable interfacing with high-level executives, political figures, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong sense of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a team-oriented approach.
