Family Assistant - UHNW Family

Our client is seeking a proactive, energetic, and adaptable Family Assistant to support a UHNW family. This individual will divide their time between administrative support and being actively engaged with 2 school-aged children, offering guidance with homework, projects, and scheduling of day-to-day activities. The role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside other household staff to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide general family support, including scheduling, coordination, and organizational tasks.
-Assist with managing school and extracurricular schedules, appointments, and related logistics.
-Engage with children in a thoughtful and interactive way, supporting learning and development.
-Travel as needed, particularly during the summer months.
-Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth-running household.

Qualifications:
-Experience in childcare, education, or family support preferred.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Confident, approachable, and able to command attention when needed.
-Flexible, hands-on, and comfortable with shifting priorities.
-Ability to travel frequently and maintain a “no task too big or small” mentality.
