Business Solutions Associate

A global asset management and holding company with ~$74B AUM is seeking a Business Solutions Associate to partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership. This strategic role enhances operational efficiency, drives cross-functional initiatives, and ensures alignment across investment, fundraising, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong grasp of investment processes, communication strategy, and technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to refine and execute firm-wide strategy and ensure cross-team alignment
• Create fund presentations, pitch books, and executive briefings reflecting firm philosophy and investment theses
• Support investment committee workflows, document decisions, and coordinate pipeline updates
• Serve as liaison across investment, capital formation, legal, and operations teams to improve communication and efficiency
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including AI integration, marketing strategy, and internal process improvements
• Maintain deal pipeline and track market updates to inform strategy
• Contribute to recruiting and talent development in alignment with growth plans
• Perform other strategic duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar high-performance environments
• Strong analytical and communication skills; adept at creating clear, strategic memos and presentations
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with leadership ability and experience driving cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and investment tracking tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered solutions is a plus
