Litigation Attorney
We are assisting our client in hiring a Attorney with a focus on antitrust and/or class action matters. This role is ideal for someone who excels in legal research and writing over courtroom appearances.
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: 5 days in office
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar (or willing to obtain)
- 4–5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Demonstrated background in antitrust and/or class action litigation
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Westlaw
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with case strategy development and discovery preparation
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues in antitrust and class action matters
- Support senior litigators in all phases of litigation, from pre-filing investigation through trial preparation
- Coordinate with clients, co-counsel, and experts to advance case objectives
- Maintain organized case files and ensure timely completion of assignments
