Production Coordinator

Our client, a rapidly growing apparel brand, is seeking a Product Development Associate to join their team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company shaping the future of fashion through innovative design and strong vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product development from concept through final delivery, maintaining open communication with factories and vendors
  • Manage and update sample tracking systems to ensure all deadlines and milestones are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors
  • Adhere to and enforce production calendar timelines; clearly communicate deliverables and expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development goals and seasonal production cycles

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product development within the apparel industry
  • Proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be able to work onsite in the New York City office full-time
