Production Coordinator
Our client, a rapidly growing apparel brand, is seeking a Product Development Associate to join their team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company shaping the future of fashion through innovative design and strong vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product development from concept through final delivery, maintaining open communication with factories and vendors
- Manage and update sample tracking systems to ensure all deadlines and milestones are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors
- Adhere to and enforce production calendar timelines; clearly communicate deliverables and expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development goals and seasonal production cycles
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product development within the apparel industry
- Proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be able to work onsite in the New York City office full-time
