Brand Manager - Home
Our client, a leading home textiles company, is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team in NYC!
This is a hybrid role, requires 3 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure sales, pricing, and margin goals are met
-Complete competitive pricing analysis and margin analysis
-Present programs not meeting margin goals to VP of Merchandising
-Establish and maintain OTB by product category
-Establish target pricing for the product management team
-Develop and manage each season’s merchandising line plan
-Manage showroom budget
-Create and upload copy for all product developed for ecommerce
-Coordinate all approvals-- product, packaging, photography, marketing, etc.
-Conduct quarterly assortment meetings with sales, design, planning, and product managers
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Product Development, or Marketing
-5-7+ years of brand management, product development, or merchandising experience
-4+ years of buying line exposure and understanding of retail cycles
-Strong computer skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and PLM
-Excellent communication skills
