Executive Assistant to Visionary CEO
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a sharp mind, strong presence, and a passion for driving meaningful work? A fast-growing organization in the sustainability and climate innovation space is seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working at the heart of a mission-driven company poised for significant scale.
Location: San Francisco - 5 days onsite
Salary: $185 - 225 + Bonus + Equity + Stellar Benefits
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—managing priorities, driving execution, and serving as a trusted partner in all facets of business operations. This is not just about managing calendars—it’s about helping a high-performing executive stay focused, organized, and ahead of the curve in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
• 5–10+ years of experience directly supporting a CEO or founder in a corporate environment
• A bachelor’s degree from a respected institution with a strong academic track record.
• Experience in industries such as venture capital, private equity, management consulting, or technology.
• Highly polished, professional communication skills and a confident, engaging personality—you are outgoing, not behind-the-scenes.
• A true passion for sustainability, climate innovation, and mission-driven work.
• A proactive, unflappable approach to problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate if necessary. While the role is based in San Francisco, we’re open to candidates from across the U.S. who are excited about making a move for the right opportunity.
