Executive Assistant to CEO
A Prestigious Investment Firm voted "Best Place to Work" is seeking a strategic proactive Executive Assistant to support their CEO. In this high-level and fast-paced support role, you will act as the extension of the CEO in all business matters. This includes strategically managing an extremely busy calendar, coordinating numerous meetings, planning intricate global travel, managing communication and taking on ad hoc projects. Your ability to problem solve, exercise sound judgment, and commitment to the highest quality of assistance will be integral to your success here. *This role is 5 days onsite in San Francisco's Financial District!
Salary: 200k - 215k + Generous Bonus + Excellent Benefits!
The Day to Day:
- Serve as a liaison to the CEO by handling all correspondence
- Manage CEO’s ever changing calendar by prioritizing meetings
- Coordinate meetings and plan and execute events
- Create documents such as reports, client presentations, and company overviews
- Organize detailed domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare expense reports and maintain a record of receipts and paperwork
- Handle long-term projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience supporting a CEO
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previously worked within the finance industry
- Ability to excel in a hyper-paced environment
- Warm, positive, and professional demeanor with a proactive approach to all tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- 24/7 mentality with ability to be available outside of standard working hours
