Training & Development Associate

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire a Training and Development Associate on a freelance basis, ASAP!

Responsibilities
-  Develop and deliver monthly training materials for the global Outlet channel, collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing processes.
- Design learning programs using instructional design principles, including presentations, eLearning, and practice tools.
- Support learning operations such as LMS administration, reporting, translations, and internal communications.
-  Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timelines are met and adjusting plans as needed.
- Collect and analyze feedback to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with global and domestic training teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Build cross-functional relationships to identify ongoing training needs.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail.
-  Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
-  Experience in remote roles; self-starter comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
-  Solid project management and organizational skills.
- Adaptable, able to navigate multiple systems to distill relevant retail content.
-  Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Skilled in multimedia development: eLearning (Articulate Storyline/Rise), video (Premiere/Camtasia), and graphic design (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Experience with LMS platforms, preferably Docebo, is a plus.
