Executive Personal Assistant

A prominent Chairman and his C-suite team are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level support across business, political, and philanthropic initiatives. This is a rare opportunity—this stand-alone role has not been available in two decades—and requires a poised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Hybrid: M-Th, Fridays remote

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee detailed calendar management and scheduling for the Chairman and C-suite
  • Manage inboxes, communication flow, and follow-up across multiple priorities
  • Liaise with business, political, philanthropic, and personal contacts with discretion and professionalism
  • Draft and edit correspondence and written materials with exceptional accuracy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted representative for the office
  • Maintain organization, systems, and processes to support a seamless daily workflow

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting a high-level Executive, HNW individual, or C-suite leader
  • Superb writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and a polished, service-oriented approach
  • Comfort working independently in a stand-alone role
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate needs proactively

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is DOE, ranging $175,000–$225,000, with fully paid health insurance for the employee, a 401(k) with matching, and paid vacation.
