Business Development Manager

We are actively looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing fashion division Fourth Floor, at our Los Angeles office in Century City CA.
In this role, you will reach out to the top firms in creative, tech, marketing, advertising, fashion and media to pitch our freelance recruiting services.

What you will do:
• Locating potential new business by contacting prospective clients and selling our recruiting services through cold calling, networking, client lunches/visits/meetings, etc.
• Collaborating with our recruiting teams to provide the best customer service and creative staffing solutions to new clients
• Identifying market trends by delving into industry news and publications, researching events, and tracking individual contributors
• Staying current with our vibrant industry by seeking out educational opportunities, maintaining personal and social networks, and participating in professional organizations and attending career fairs and events

What you will need:
• At least 3+ years of experience in sales
• Previous experience and comfortable with cold calling and cold outreach
• Excellent communication and outstanding presentation skills
• A proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve customers' needs
• An entrepreneurial spirit with capacity to thrive in a fast paced, creative environment with unlimited growth opportunity
• A Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards and search platforms as well as proficiency with MS Office Suite and Teams.

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 base range plus commission.
