Senior UX/UI Designer

Our client, an AI/fashion company, is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer on a Temp to Perm basis!

Must have demonstrated fashion experience!

Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces, focusing on usability and engagement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to clearly convey design ideas.
-  Ensure design consistency across the product by following brand guidelines and contributing to our evolving design system.
- Develop clean, intuitive user flows and interactions that simplify the customer journey.
-  Stay aligned with the broader team—engineering, marketing, and partnerships—to ensure designs are executed effectively.
- Share your design thinking and decisions clearly with team members and stakeholders.
-  Keep up with industry trends and new design tools or technologies to continuously improve our work.

Qualifications
-  4+ years of experience in UX/UI, product, or interaction design.
- A strong portfolio that highlights your design skills and process.
-  A degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
-  Skilled in tools like Figma, UserTesting, and Maze.
-  Deep understanding of user-centered design and interaction principles.
-  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
-  Interest in fashion and AI is a big plus.
