Estate Manager / East Coast Director

Our client, a high profile, UHNW family requires an exceptional Director of Properties to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of 4 substantial, fully staffed properties in NY.

Responsibilities:
• Oversight and management of vendors, maintenance, and staff. 10 direct reports / 50+ indirect reports.
• Ability to manage an extremely large, highly complex residential construction project
• Execute large scale dinners, parties, and other special events. Heavy concierge service and calendar management.
• Traveling to other US properties in the client’s portfolio to consult and assist with staffing management, construction projects, facilities oversight, and service standards.
• Liaise with head of family office to ensure properties have the latest preference items, continually evolving with the client and their needs.

Compensation $275k-375k base, depending on expereince
