Coordinator, Interactive Ventures & Video Games

A leading entertainment studio seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Interactive Ventures & Games team. From early-stage ideation and business development through production, launch, and live operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, keeping projects on track, supporting creative initiatives, and contributing to the growth and success of interactive ventures and game projects tied to iconic entertainment properties.



Key Responsibilities:‍

• Track project and business development efforts, take detailed meeting notes, and provide overall team support.
• Create and manage schedules, calendars, and server files; track submissions and key deadlines.
• Conduct research on industry news, trends, and potential development partners; assist in new project ideation.
• Act as a department resource on interactive platforms, video games, and emerging technologies; oversee games room equipment and livestream setups.
• Process invoices and expense reports accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics.
• Manage internal and external email communications, including relaying information to partners.
• Review narratives, scripts, and other creative development materials.
• Assist in preparing presentations and brand-related collateral.
• Support broader Global Products and Experiences team initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a similar support role within an entertainment-based agency, film, or TV studio.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Passion for video games, interactive experiences, or IP a plus.
• College degree in entertainment, game design, themed entertainment, stage, or a related field.
• Proficient in both Mac and PC; experience with Word, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
