Production Coordinator, Personal Care Products

Our client, a personal care company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:‍

-Manage production and shipment process
-Monitor timelines, delivery status, ensure deadlines are met
-Organize and maintain WIP reports
-Manage sample approvals
-Daily communication with overseas factories
-Prepare cost sheets and monitor quality assurance process
-Place purchase orders and manage item setup a
-Communicate with internal team members to ensure products are produced to the company's standards

‍Requirements:‍

-Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
-3+ years of production management and project management experience
-Experience with AMT or other ERP systems
-Previous work experience in a fast paced, heavily SKU driven company
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to effectively manage timelines and deadlines
-Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $60,000-$75,000
