Executive Assistant
A highly reputable venture capital firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to operate out of their San Francisco office supporting their operations and finance departments. This role will entail engaging in tasks including but not limited to project management, webinar management, material creation and distribution, as well as general support to team members. We are looking for a highly experienced candidate who seeks to join an excellent company which offers great bonus/benefits!
*This is a hybrid role (2 days in-office) based in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and scheduling with ease, coordinating to maximize productivity and priorities
- Arrange ground and air travel as well as process expenses
- Create and implement webinars from end to end
- Utilize skills to create materials such as slides, presentations, and additional needed items
- Prepare appropriate materials, drafting communications and other high level documents as needed
- Share mass communications using common software
- Remain available for assistance with ad hoc projects and effectively conduct project management
Requirements
- Experience supporting and Operations or Finance team within finance or professional services
- 4-7+ years of experience in Executive Assistant role
- MUST have experience with creation of webinars, mail merge software, slide creation and design
- Previous experience with IR and finance teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to create and edit presentations
Salary Range
$130,000 - $140,000 with excellent benefits and bonus!
