Estate Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Estate Manager to support our client in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will excel in managing diverse daily responsibilities as well as overseeing daily services, projects, etc. within the property. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a truly amazing team!

This role is on-site and and may require some travel.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations including a wide range of personal and professional needs
  • Management of staff, including scheduling and calendar organization
  • Overseeing budgets and communicating with vendors
  • Heavy coordination and logistics


  • A proactive, positive, self-starter mindset
  • Experience within luxury hospitality or the private services space
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must have a strong sense of professionalism and maintain confidentiality
