Senior Media Manager

An entertainment company is looking for a Senior Media Manager with extensive experience in integrated media planning for streaming services, adept at developing innovative ideas, managing multiple projects across numerous paid media partners, and cultivating strong relationships internally and externally.

PAY: $62 - $66/HR

Responsibilities:
•Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated media plans across diverse channels, excluding paid social, devices, and programmatic.
•Collaborate with a diverse team of marketers and channels to create and implement impactful paid media campaigns.
•Perform weekly optimizations and analyze campaign performance against objectives, while overseeing media plan budgets and resource allocation.
•Deliver comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations to enhance visibility and achieve campaign goals.
•Spearhead innovative creative strategies in partnership with Marketing to attract and engage subscribers.
•Present media campaign details to EPs and senior executives in a clear and compelling manner.
•Engage directly with media partners to pioneer new advertising programs and secure premium media opportunities cost-effectively.
•Efficiently manage campaign budgets and timelines, coordinating closely with finance counterparts.
•Identify and assess strategic media prospects, serving as a leading voice on novel approaches to audience engagement via paid media.
•Develop test scenarios to drive continuous innovation and optimize media performance.

Qualifications:
•Extensive background (8+ years) in strategic planning within the entertainment sector, particularly with streaming services.
•Blend of experience working directly within organizations and with external agencies.
•Enthusiastic about developing original and innovative media concepts.
•Skilled in managing numerous concurrent projects involving over 250 paid media partners.
•Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
•Adaptive and responsive, capable of adjusting strategies promptly.
•Profound grasp of integrated media planning and purchasing across diverse channels, encompassing paid social, devices, and programmatic.
•Meticulous attention to detail in analytics, reporting, and optimization strategies.
•Strong capabilities in agency and media partner management, as well as cultivating senior-level relationships.
•Established relationships with senior media sellers.
•Experience in multicultural media planning and execution.
