Store Manager, Fine Jewelry

Our client, an artisanal, high-end luxury fine jewelry brand, is looking for a store manager to join their team! The perfect candidate is sales driven with excellent client interaction, using their own style to make each client’s experience remarkable. They thrive in an everchanging work environment and is adaptable.

Responsibilities:
‍

• Oversee, achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals for the store
• Build relationship with clients to drive loyalty and spending
• Identify new ways to grow the business through elevating client experience & convert clients
• Collaborate and mentor other team members in sales processes
• Liaise with our fulfillment team to problem solve any web order questions
• Utilize all forms of communication to improve results and seek new ways of capturing active client (i.e. through social contacts, networking and events)
• Maintain security standards for safety of merchandise
• Communicate with vendors on cost confirmation and pricing on custom orders

Qualifications:
‍

• Experience in a selling and customer service role as top performer
• Experience in fine jewelry a MUST
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-starter, highly motivated, excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Detail oriented, agile and passionate
