Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
A Family Foundation near Greenwich, Connecticut is seeking an Executive Assistant with strong bookkeeping skills to support the Founder.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced assistant with strong bookkeeping skills (will be in charge of payroll), to serve as the Executive Assistant to the founder.
- We are a small team, so this person will wear several hats including office management, executive support and bookkeeping for the foundation.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
- Ideally targeting candidates who have achieved longevity in previous roles.
Compensation: $80k-100k + Benefits!
