Marketing Coordinator

A financial company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team in a 2- month contract. The ideal candidate for this Marketing Coordinator role excels in editing and formatting using Seismic, PowerPoint, and Excel. They adeptly translate data into effective sales and marketing documents and have a knack for creating visually impactful presentation decks with graphs and charts, producing 10 to 12 decks weekly.

TEMP: 2 months duration

HYBRID: On-site in Pasadena Mon. – Thur., Friday remote.

PAY: $30-$35/hr

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales departments to refine content within Seismic, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Transfer information from Excel into sales and marketing materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Utilize various graphs, figures, and diagrams to generate 10 to 12 presentations each week.
• Assist in creating engaging content for marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles, to support overall marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide insights that inform marketing strategies and improve targeting of key audiences.
• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns by liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with objectives.

• 2-3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably Content Marketing.
• Must be able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
• Proficiency in Seismic, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and execute efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
