E-Commerce Stock Coordinator- Luxury Fashion Brand

Our client, a popular luxury clothing brand, is seeking an E-Commerce Stock Coordinator to join their team in North Bergen, NJ!

Hours: 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities:‍

• Ensure that all customer returns and exchanges are completed in the system and that the correct procedures are followed according to the nature of the return/exchange.
• Escalate any issues to management as needed.

• Check all returned items for damages before returning to web for resale. If item is faulty ensure that it is carefully checked and reported to the appropriate department.
• Maintain customer service team up date of the status of returns/ exchanges.
• Maintain returns area and warehouse organized and properly maintained by ensuring that housekeeping standards are met and adhere to Health & Safety standards and guidelines on a daily basis.
• Ensure warehouse packing supply is ordered in a timely manner.
• Liaise with couriers to ensure any inquiries with shipping are resolved.
• Ensure that all shipping and customs paperwork is properly completed and submitted.
• Assist with warehouse duties as required by management.‍

Requirements:

• Prior experience in inventory management/ e-commerce.
• Able to commute to North Bergen, NJ.
• Able to work full-time hours through the end of July at least.
