Sr. Manager, Experiential Marketing

A well known streaming service is looking for a Senior Experiential Marketing Manager to assist their team within a 1 year contract! The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experiential marketing experience, focusing on consumer marketing large brands and/or celebrities. They excel in managing large account, experienced with engaging with high-touch stakeholders, thrives in fast paced environments, can travel and has a strong interest in pop culture.

Responsibilities:


• Relay and execute experiential strategies and campaigns that bring to life the global community story through engaging experiences and promotional initiatives connecting artists, creators, and fans worldwide.
• Lead cross-functional workflows and contribute to shaping global brand marketing narratives within full-cycle processes and project execution.
• Generate innovative and strategic concepts through effective brainstorming, demonstrating a strong grasp of campaign activation and experiential marketing principles.
• Collaborate closely with an agile in-house marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Spearhead the development of comprehensive and compelling experiential marketing concepts aligned with the brand's objectives, overseeing campaign execution.
• Partner with diverse teams within the Global Marketing organization, including experiential, brand, creative, social media, communications, media, music, and other business disciplines.
• Take ownership of experiential projects from inception to completion, establishing transparent workflows with partners, stakeholders, artists, and creators to scale experiences and maximize industry and consumer reach.
• Manage end-to-end experiential production processes, ensuring transparent workflows with partners, stakeholders, artists, and creators to drive scalable experiences and outreach.
• Efficiently oversee budgets and internal/external resources to optimize project outcomes.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior stakeholders, outlining team performance and providing strategic recommendations.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier experiential partners, including third-party vendors, agencies, event promoters, and organizers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing complex event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Support stakeholder teams in strategizing for key cultural moments and platforms to enhance engagement and brand affinity goals.

Qualifications:


• 6-8+ years of professional experience within a lifestyle brand, experiential marketing agency, or integrated marketing firm, ideally specializing in event/experiential marketing or related aspects of marketing strategy, planning, implementation, and event execution.
• Must be able to travel, as this role may require some travel.
• Proficient in utilizing Google Drive, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), as well as Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and similar tools.
• A comprehensive grasp of the experiential and event processes within matrixed organizations and project teams.
• Effectively collaborate across diverse marketing teams, accommodating multiple stakeholders with varying needs.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining transparent and effective communication.
• Proven track record of developing innovative marketing strategies, content, and distribution approaches to engage diverse audiences.
• Possess a professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills, self-motivation, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset, driven by a sense of urgency.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including experience overseeing complex, collaborative projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Previous experience as a lead manager for brand activations, experiences, and partnerships, ensuring seamless end-to-end campaign orchestration from concept to execution, emphasizing clear communication throughout.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end campaign management, executing gold standard practices across various campaign experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively through in-person interactions and presentations across all organizational levels.
