Executive Assistant

A private equity firm is seeking a grounded and organized Executive Assistant to join their San Francisco based office to support one of their outstanding Partners. This role will necessitate the skillful mastery of various administrative functions, including high-level calendar management and structuring, working collaboratively to maximize efficiency, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless support at all times. This is a hybrid role located in San Francisco’s Financial District.

Responsibilities:
• Own calendar management and ensure maximum productivity on behalf of the Partner in accordance with their outlined priorities
• Assist with the creation and drafting of correspondence on behalf of senior members of staff
• Ensure the organization and filing of crucial documentation, meeting materials, reports, data, and more
• Operate with high levels of discretion and confidentiality, working with stakeholders and collaborating with various administrative professionals to produce excellent         work
• Complete expense reports and work on light event planning or additional projects as requested
• Coordinate extensive end-to-end travel on a domestic and international basis

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience providing Executive Assistant support (with additional experience supporting C-suite level executives)
• Experience within the finance, business consulting, and other professional services is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Outstanding execution of goals, maintaining an eye for the details at all times
• High levels of organization with the ability to multitask with ease
• Comfortability with G Suite and Slack is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Commitment to maintain upmost confidentiality while working both collaboratively and independently

Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000
