Senior Fulfillment Manager

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Manager to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

Manage Netsuite and Shopify platforms for processing ecommerce orders, returns, repairs, and product replenishments.
Oversee a team of 4 individuals handling various aspects of fulfillment, including ecommerce orders, returns processing, wholesale orders, and coordinating product shipments for photoshoots, PR, and VIP clients.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory and office supplies.
Conduct cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records, including handling claims and returns back into inventory.
Generate weekly reports using Shopify data and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and meet deadlines.
Develop training manuals and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient fulfillment processes.
Coordinate DHL service schedules and manage outbound shipments.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in fulfillment management, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
Proficient in Netsuite and Shopify platforms, with a strong understanding of ecommerce operations.
Experience overseeing a team and managing KPIs to drive productivity and meet performance goals.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
Hands-on experience in a distribution center environment, with a focus on luxury packaging and presentation.
Proven track record of building and leading successful fulfillment teams and implementing process improvements.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
