Senior Global Marketing Manager

Our client, a Clean Beauty Brand, is looking to hire a Senior Global Marketing Manager, focusing on complexion products on a Temp to Hire basis. In this role, you will report to the Executive Director and lead all global marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities
- Conduct and interpret pricing analysis in addition to consumer insights and industry trends
- Own launch forecast decks to support planning
- Develop marketing roadmaps -- i.e. product launch schedule, marketing strategy
- Conduct market research
- Maintain operations responsibilities -- timelines, reformulations, ensure execution
- Create press release and online copy for new launches
- Support brand development by creating decks, for example

Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, must have experience with foundation or concealer
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
