Office Coordinator

Our client, an education-based nonprofit, is seeking a confident and team-oriented Office Coordinator to join their lovely team! This role will primarily support the Executive Director and provide support to the team as needed with tasks ranging from general office upkeep, meeting set up/break down, internal team events, administrative support, as well as other items to maintain the smooth operations of the office. *This is a hybrid role (three days onsite, two days remote), located on the Peninsula.

What you’ll do:

- Greet all guests, managing office tidiness and inventory
- Order supplies and manage equipment and vendor coordination
- Complete meeting set up and break down, coordinating catering or lunch orders as needed
- Plan and execute internal events
- Take on administrative support tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and more
- Assist with personal tasks including family travel and appointments
- Provide any additional support needed to ensure the smooth operations and planning for administrative team and Executive Director

What you’ll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or high-end hospitality role
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Positive and warm demeanor with a high energy and driven work ethic as well as a poised and articulate communication style
- Collaborative nature with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
- A welcoming and kind demeanor, able to jump in on tasks as needed

Salary Range
$60,000 - $75,000
